Eucharistic Adoration (by Spirit Juice Studios)
I find the Eucharist Adoration deeply moving. At the heart of it is the belief in transubstantiation, but when engaging in it with the monks at the Southern Star Abbey I found plenty of room for my own beliefs around the Real Presence of Christ and the mystery therein, to allow myself to enter into the depth of the moment. It is a profoundly reverent practice.
