This weekend I’m at Parachute Festival overseeing the TEAR Fund tent with an amazing team. One of the things we’re getting people to do is write things they are thankful for on colourful smiley faces we are providing and hanging them up in the blue camo netting we put across our ceiling. It has proven to be very effective as a process for people to go through and as a stunning visual element. This image is a sample of some of the messages.
